NAS Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the NAS app ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use video, messaging, discovery, calls, and ads.
Data we may collect
- Account info: phone number, name, username, profile photo, Google/Apple sign-in when used.
- Content you create: videos, photos, comments, messages, replies, audio.
- Contacts if you use find-friends features.
- Approximate location when you add it to posts or search places.
- Device data: install IDs, push tokens, IP, device type, OS, basic performance.
- Usage data: views, taps, engagement, reports, ad impressions.
Device permissions
We request camera, microphone, photos/files, contacts, location, and notifications only when needed for a clear feature (record video, voice messages, upload, find friends, location tags, push alerts).
How we use data
- Account creation, login, and session security.
- Video, messaging, comments, calls, and profiles.
- Content and account recommendations.
- Important notifications you opt into.
- Ads, Promote, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (hosting, analytics, push, storage, auth, realtime) or when legally required.
Ads and promotions
The App may show ads or Promote campaigns. We use usage data and campaign info to measure ads. Some ad preferences may be managed in account settings.
Security and retention
We use encryption and access controls. Data is kept as long as needed for the service, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Limited backups may remain after deletion.
Your rights and deletion
Request access, correction, or deletion via in-app settings or our account deletion page.
Children
NAS is not directed at children under 13. See our Child Safety standards.
Data safety (Google Play)
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- You can request deletion via account deletion.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
